Will of Ma‘sumah Nizam Mafi
Ma‘sumah Nizam Mafi assigns ‘Izzat al-Saltanah as her heir and the executor of her will and asks her to take care of her wet-nurse and pay her 20 tumans monthly for living expenses and to pay the same amount to her daughter, ‘Azra, after the wet-nurse's passing. Ma‘sumah Khanum asks her sister to take care of her wet-nurse as if she was her own and to be kind to her.

Muhammad's will, 1890
Muhammad, the son of Baqir, has designated that on his death, his wealth should be divided as follows: for Zaynab, twelve thousand dinars and for Ma‘sumah, the daughter of Isma‘il, six thousand dinars. He also makes provisions for ‘Ali, Muhammad Husayn, and Yusuf.

‘Ali Akbar's will, 1892
Two copies of the will, one written on the letterhead of the Ministry of Justice. ‘Ali Akbar, the son of Haji Muhammad Ganjah, a Russian national, assigns his brothers, Mashhadi Haj Baba and Mashhadi Najaf, as the executors of his will. His inheritors are his children, Javad (age 14), Zayn al-‘Abidin (age 4), Khadijah (age 7), and Zahra (age 1), and his wife Shikar Khanum the daughter of Haji Allahyar Ganjah. Mashhadi Habib's will, 1921
Mashhadi Habib, the son of the late Husayn ‘Amu, appoints his younger brother, Ni‘mat, as the executor of his will and Karbalayi ‘Askar, the son of ‘Ali Pasha, as the overseer while he [Mashhadi Habib] travels to Karbalaʼ. They are responsible for giving ten mans [unit of area] of his share of a garden to his wife, Munavvar, as her mahr. A third of his belongings should be in Ni‘mat's hands for use on khums, the payment of his debts, ta‘ziyah, and charity.

Will of Gawhar Khanum, 1905
The will of Gawhar Khanum, wife of the late Haj Habib. The will specifies that a trustworthy person is paid three hundred tumans to go on Hajj on her behalf, one hundred and forty tumans for someone to perform forty-one years' worth of prayers for her and to fast for forty-one months on her behalf, and sixty tumans for her funeral expenses. Gawhar Khanum advises that her son, Muʻtamad al-Sultan Muhammad Husayn Iqbal-i Divan, should supervise the affairs.

Will of Sayyid Taqi
Four wills belonging to Sayyid Taqi the leather seller. In the second document, dated May 17,1893, he transferred his property to his wife, Sultan Khanum. In the third and fourth document, he has chosen Sayyid Muhammad Valadabadi as the executor of his will and guardian of his minor children.

Settlement and will of Haji Mulla Husayn, 1882
The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans with three of his sons, Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli, for a man [three kilograms] of salt. If the settlor dies and the two underage sons [Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli] are adults at the time of executing the will, the settled money, 1500 tumans, should be used for the expenses of the burial, funeral, and other religious duties.
